2.4. Análise do Quadro em Relação a ENTIC-JUD
A Estratégia Nacional de TIC do Poder Judiciário, Resolução CNJ Nº 370/2021,
define a quantidade de servidores de TIC que cada Tribunal deve ter para realizar
suas atividades em função da sua demanda e do seu porte. Para tanto, utiliza os
critérios de quantidade de usuários internos (magistrados, servidores e estagiários) e
quantidade de usuários externos de recursos de TIC (advogados, procuradores e
defensores) para dimensionar o quadro de servidores.
Segundo o Guia da Estratégia Nacional de Tecnologia da Informação e
Comunicação do Poder Judiciário

, o mínimo de força de trabalho de TIC e o mínimo
necessário de servidores do quadro permanente podem ser calculados conforme a
tabela abaixo:
